How to Use — EleFit Smart Bluetooth Body Fat Scale

Initial Setup and Activation
Insert the batteries and place the scale on a hard, flat surface. -
App Installation
Scan the QR code on the packaging box and install the app from the App Store or Google Play Store. -
Smartphone / App Preparation
• Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.
• Register your account using an email address or social media login.
• Enter your personal information and confirm by tapping OK.
Note: Entering incorrect gender, age, or height details may result in inaccurate measurements. -
Pairing the Scale via Bluetooth
• Open the app → go to Device (from the Health or Weight page).
• Select Device Manager → choose “MY SCALE”.
• Once paired, your phone is connected to the scale. -
Weighing and Analysis
• Tap the scale with your foot to activate the display and wait until “0.0” (kg/lb) appears.
• Step onto the scale with bare feet to turn it on and begin full body analysis.
Note: Wearing socks will only measure weight and BMI. Bare feet are required for complete data.
• The numbers will flash while weighing and analyzing. Ensure “Connected” is displayed on the app’s weighing screen.
• Stand still until the circle indicator stabilizes and all data is transferred to your phone. -
Viewing Data and History
• View detailed analysis including Body Weight, BMI, Body Fat Rate (BFR), Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, and more by scrolling down the screen.
• Access your progress history by tapping Trend to see charts over time. -
User Management
Add or switch users by going to Mine → User Management → enter the new user’s personal data. -
Weighing a Baby / Pet
• Activate Baby/Pet Mode by sliding down on the weighing page and selecting the option.
• Step on the scale alone until your weight is recorded.
• Step on again while holding the baby or pet — the app will calculate and display the baby’s or pet’s weight.

The quick-dry towels seem well made. The material is soft on the skin and absorbs water really well. The stitching seems quality. Be aware of the size as these are a little smaller than they look in the picture. I’d say they’re great for the gym or a run, but wouldn’t suffice at the beach.When I first got them I ran them under the sink to see how absorbent they were. Some towels like this seem to wick rather than absorb water. These really soak up the water. They’re also very easy to wring out and then they’ll dry in a hurry.Overall these towels are really easy to highly recommend. Again, double check the sizing depending on your needs.

These cheerfully-colored cooling towels are easy to pack, made of a high quality material, and make sweating a little less awful!
